How do I make a booking?

You can book a vehicle at the station of your choice using a smartphone app, a mobile phone with mobile Internet, a computer connected to the Internet or over the phone (there is a charge for the call).

Booking at the website

1- Log in

Browse to the Cité Lib by Ha:mo website. Enter your login and password (the same ones as for citelib.com) and log in.

2- Departure station

select station

Confirm your user account and select your departure station (on the map or from the list), checking that a vehicle is available.

3- Arrival station

Select your arrival station (from the list). Next choose a COMS or an i-ROAD (if you have passed your i-ROAD training).

Booking with a smartphone

1- Log in

Open the “Citélib Ha:mo” app (available for download from Google Play or the Apple Store). Enter your login and password (the same ones as for citelib.com) and log in.

2- Departure station

Confirm your user account and select your departure station (on the map or from the list), checking that a vehicle is available.

3- Arrival station

Select your arrival station (on the map or from the list). Next choose a COMS or an i-ROAD (if you have passed your i-ROAD training).

Activating the vehicule

YOU HAVE 60 MINUTES TO ACTIVATE THE VEHICLE, AND WILL BE CHARGED 2 EUROS IF THE BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED.

Step 1

Swipe your badge over the vehicle’s reader.

Step 2

Swipe the terminal to unlock the cable compartment (wait for the steady green light).

Step 3

Unplug the connector from the vehicle.

Step 4

Store the cable inside the terminal.

Step 5

After the message “vehicle unlocked, please drive carefully”, start the vehicle while holding your right foot on the brake pedal.

Changing destination

At the website

You can modify your final destination at the Cité Lib by Ha:mo booking website. Click the “Change destination” link and select a different station.

On a smartphone

You can modify your final destination on your smartphone. Click the “Modify” button and select a different station, subject to available spaces.

Ending the booking

TEMPORARY STOP: STOP THE VEHICLE AND SWIPE YOUR BADGE TO LOCK IT.
THE BOOKING IS STILL ACTIVE AND BEING BILLED.

Step 1

Park the vehicle, swipe the terminal, take the connector and plug it into the vehicle.

Step 2

Check that the vehicle is properly connected – the blue light on the terminal should be steadily lit.

Step 3

Swipe your badge on the vehicle to end your booking. Wait for the message “Thank you for using our service. We hope to see you again very soon”, which ends the booking.
